Elle

I’m Elle, a registered vet nurse, confidence coach, and Level 3 Personal Trainer. 


My journey hasn’t been an easy one, and that’s exactly why I coach the way I do. I know what it feels like to struggle with body image, food anxiety, exhaustion, and feeling “not enough.”


My mission is to help women break out of cycles of guilt, restriction, and comparison. I combine fitness, nutrition, and mindset because I believe transformation starts on the inside just as much as the outside.


I’m here to support you, guide you, and walk alongside you every step of the way.

✨ I'M IN, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with your onboarding form. This helps me learn all about your goals, lifestyle, training history, and what kind of support you need.

From there, I’ll begin creating your personalised program. When your start date is confirmed, you’ll get full access to the coaching app, along with instructions for connecting on WhatsApp so we can stay in touch easily throughout your journey.

Everything is set up step-by-step, so you feel supported, prepared, and excited to begin!

✨ HOW MUCH SUPPORT DO I GET?

You’ll be fully supported throughout your entire journey. Every Sunday, you’ll receive a detailed check-in from me via an online Loom video, where I review your week, your progress, and any adjustments needed to keep you moving forward.

Mid-week, you’ll also get a voice-note check-in on Wednesday to make sure you’re feeling good, staying on track, and getting the support you need.

Plus, you’ll have direct access to me on WhatsApp, so you can reach out anytime you need guidance, reassurance, or a little motivation. You’re never doing this alone.

✨ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

Every body is different, so results can vary, though most clients start noticing changes within the first few weeks.

Often, the biggest early wins are mindset shifts: feeling more confident, more motivated, more capable, and more in control of your routine. You may notice better energy, improved mood, and a sense of pride in showing up for yourself consistently.

Physical changes follow with time, consistency, and the right support, but the internal wins are just as important, and we celebrate those just as much.
